Anaya Software does not collect, track, or store any personal data or usage metrics when you browse our website. Any communication information provided during direct consultations is kept strictly private.
Anaya Software specializes in web application development, custom software architectures, and UI/UX design. The specific deliverables, milestones, and payment timelines for any client project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project contract.
To ensure successful and timely project delivery, the client agrees to provide necessary feedback, image assets, media, and copy in a timely manner. Anaya Software is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of client assets or response.
Upon final payment receipt, all custom source code, design mockups, and application files built for the client are fully owned by the client, subject to any pre-existing open-source modules or third-party licenses.
Our standard projects may include support packages (e.g. hosting maintenance, bug fixes, updates) as agreed upon in the contract scope. Additional features requested outside the initial contract scope will be billed under new project amendments.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Gujarat for the resolution of any legal disputes.
